Conference Fee
The conference fee is the unique fund with which we run the conference
As the COVID19 is (almost) under control, we continue the traditional conference with physical participants which is more friendly and where the communication between different participants is more efficient and socially necessary.
The fee covers the preparation of the conference, the logistics, the preparation and the cost of the Elsevier proceedings. Note that the fees are the only budget with which we run the Conference.
The fee amounts 300 Euros (does not include eventual bank transfer and bank fees which are about 10 euros ). 10% discount will be offered to students, senior and previous / actual committee members.
We accept checks payable in Euros,... They should be ordered to: QCD Conference and send to the Conference address (see page organization). A copy of a check should be sent to us in advance by email.
A Bank Transfer can be send to the Conference Bank Account. You can contact us for the Bank Details (we have suppressed the link due to hacking ! ) . A proof of the Transfer should be sent by Email to the Conference Organizers.
Payement via Paypal is also accepted. Note that the extra cost for transfer is about 12 euros. Also note that
you should mention that the payement is not for a commercial use with a delivrary of goods.
We are not equiped for a payement with a credit card.
Payement not received before the 21th June 2024 will be amended by 20% penalty. A copy of a check or of a bank transfer should be sent to us before the deadline by email.
