Conference Fee

The conference fee is the unique funds with which we run the conference.

The fee covers the participation to the different social events, the cost of the proceedings for Elsevier, the conference package and some other expenses for the organization of the conference. It amounts 275 Euros (does not include bank transfer and bank fees). 10% discount will be offered to students, senior and previous / actual committee members.

We accept checks payable in Euros ordered to: QCD Conference and send it to the Conference address below. A copy of a check should be sent to us in advance by email.

A Bank Transfer can be send to the Conference Bank Account. Bank Details can be asked to the organizers. A proof of the Transfer should be sent by Email to the Conference Organizers.

We are not equiped for a payement with a credit card.

Payement not received before the 20th October 2024 will be amended by 20% penalty.

Fee for Accompanying Persons

Accompanying persons who want to participate at the different social events should register upon arrival. The

fee for this participation can be found in the section : SOCIAL EVENTS.
